  • Production schedule: Ensure the production process runs smoothly and on time
  • Equipment maintenance: Monitor and handle equipment maintenance
  • Health and safety: Promote health and safety standards in the factory
  • Leadership: Motivate and supervise teams
  • Time management: Plan tasks in advance and perform more challenging tasks first
  • Problem-solving: Identify issues, analyze them, and implement solutions to improve production workflow
