Production Manager

About the role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a rapidly growing construction company, specializing in large-scale projects, which is looking to hire a Production Manager to lead a strategic phase of a project in Zaragoza.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and daily monitoring of production on-site, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.

• Plan and coordinate execution works on-site.
• Supervise field teams and control daily production.
• Manage resources including materials, machinery, and personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform cost monitoring, yields, and deadlines.
• Prepare progress reports for site management.
• Participate in technical meetings and follow-up meetings with the client and designers.

What we're looking for

• Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar training.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Leadership capacity, organization, and results orientation.
• English level B2.

• Valuable experience in civil works, unique buildings, or data centers.
