Production Manager

What you'll do

• Management and monitoring of orders received mainly via email.
• Registration, organization, and control of customer orders.
• Stock control and monitoring of material needs.
• Administrative coordination and control of the warehouse and production.
• Monitoring of orders and control of scheduled delivery dates.
• Organization of priorities according to orders, stock, and production planning.
• Control and updating of information related to orders and deliveries.
• Coordination with warehouse and production to ensure compliance with deadlines.
• General administrative support and filing of documentation.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in administrative, order management, warehouse, or similar positions.
• Ability to organize and monitor several orders simultaneously.
• Organized, responsible, and methodical person.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet established delivery deadlines.
• Good communication and ease in coordinating with warehouse and production.
• Proactive attitude, commitment, and desire to learn and develop within the company.
• Valid forklift license.

What you'll get
