Production Manager
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing the end-to-end manufacturing process of pre-insulated pipes, fabricated components, and coated products. This role ensures production targets are met in terms of quality, cost, delivery, safety, and efficiency, while leading continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Control: • Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with project timelines. • Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to maximize output and minimize downtime. • Provide inputs to the production planning process and thereafter ensure that production targets/plans are met and there is optimum utilization of all resources; work force, machines and material. • Monitor the utilization of machines and manpower, ensures reduction of downtime through efficient maintenance (both breakdown as well as preventive) and keeps a check/control on the rejection rates Operational Management: • Supervise fabrication, insulation, and coating operations ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, Aramco specs). • Monitor production performance (KPIs) — efficiency, yield, wastage, and lead times. • Coordinate closely with QA/QC, Maintenance, and Procurement to ensure smooth workflow. • Test & Monitor plant processes • Remain in compliance with facility IMS standards and all HSE guidelines • Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports • Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility Quality & Compliance: • Enforce adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental policies (QHSE). • Oversee inspections for coating thickness, insulation integrity, and fabrication accuracy. • Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.
