Production Manager (Printing/Japanese Speaker)
Salary: RM 7,000 – RM 8,000 per month

Job Description
Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and coordinate plans with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales departments
Communicate with Japanese customers, suppliers, and headquarters regarding production schedules, order status, and delivery requirements
Analyze production capacity, material availability, and manpower to optimize production efficiency
Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available according to the production plan
Follow up on production progress and resolve scheduling issues promptly
Prepare production reports, forecasts, and planning-related documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency
Working Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Saturday work based on Company Calendar)
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing or production environment
Proficient in Japanese to communicate with Japanese customers, suppliers, and headquarters
Proficient in English for business communication
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience in production planning is an added advantage
Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
