Production Manager

About the role

From the RAS office in Hostalric, we are selecting a PRODUCTION MANAGER for a company in the industrial sector located in Hostalric.

What you'll do

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production planning: organizing and supervising daily production activity, distributing tasks and resources according to manufacturing needs.
- Team management: coordinating and supervising a team of approximately 5 people.
- Warehouse and stock control: supervising inventory, controlling the entry and exit of materials, and ensuring correct warehouse organization.
- Logistics management: coordinating goods shipments and maintaining contact with external transport companies to ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.
- Incident management: identifying possible technical incidents, assessing their scope, and coordinating with maintenance personnel to request assistance when necessary.
- Activity monitoring: ensuring compliance with production objectives, work quality, and the smooth running of processes.

What we're looking for

- Consolidated experience as a production operator and managing teams in industrial environments.
- Knowledge of warehouse management, stock control, and the organization of entries and shipments.
- Leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- A practical, versatile, and decisive profile, with initiative and the ability to make decisions autonomously.

- Schedule from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. With the possibility of working in the morning shift and afternoon shift (6h - 14h / 14h - 22h)
- Salary range: €25,000 - €30,000 SAE
