Production Manager

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Production Manager to lead our Phoenix production operations for window and bath projects. This role is responsible for keeping installs moving smoothly from final measure through completion—ensuring schedules stay on track, quality standards are upheld, and customers receive a consistent “red-carpet” experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Final Project Oversight

• Confirm project scope can be completed for standard and structural projects
• Schedule and support final measures as needed
• Finalize structural processes and organize construction/install schedules
• Assess project and resource requirements to keep jobs on track

Measure Hold & Readiness Management

• Confirm all items are complete before projects move to purchasing, including:
• • Engineering and/or permits filed
  • HOA requirements completed
  • Change orders issued when required to complete the scope correctly

Quality Control & Customer Experience

• Set and enforce quality control standards in the production process
• Ensure approved materials and installation methods are being used
• Resolve customer and employee issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain a strong customer experience from install start to closeout

CRM, Scheduling & Operational Workflow

• Manage production workflows in the company CRM (MarketSharp and related tools)
• Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions in CRM notes
• Support scheduling coordination, timelines, and job status updates
• Create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Establish workflow policies to increase speed and efficiency without sacrificing safety or quality

Team Leadership & Field Oversight

• Manage installation teams and Project Managers
• Participate in weekly production and installation meetings
• Ensure installation paperwork is completed and invoices are approved
• Provide training and guidance to installers to improve speed and performance

Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination

• Recruit, acquire, and manage subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with quality, documentation, and jobsite expectations
• Communicate obstacles to leadership early so they can be resolved

Closeout & Documentation

• Upload install completion packets into MarketSharp
• Create service tickets and complete install tasks as needed
• Ensure all documentation is uploaded correctly (measures, orders, completion forms, receipts, tasks, etc.)

What You Need

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical school or degree preferred
• Experience:
• • 5+ years of mechanical, window repair, or construction experience required
  • 5+ years of project management or production leadership required
  • 2+ years of replacement windows experience required
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Customer Service: Strong communication and customer-facing professionalism
• Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of PPE procedures, equipment, and jobsite safety
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 60 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand and be active for extended periods in field environments
• Comfortable driving between job sites and operating a company vehicle safely
