Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Cell Leaders, and Operators to achieve company's KPI targets and objectives. Drive continuous improvement activities to achieve operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Focus on the daily KPI performance such as output, quality, cost, cycle-time and productivity
Continually improve our processes and establish action plans to meet them
Implement training programs to strengthen the skillsets and capability of the team
Ensure Cleanroom cleanliness, good housekeeping, and operator discipline in the line
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma with min 5 years of production management experience
Good communication skills
