Production Manager – Transformers

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor transformer production activities to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  
• Lead manufacturing teams across Core & Coil, Tanking, Assembly, Testing, and Dispatch.
  
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize resource utilization.
  
• Implement process improvements, SOPs, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
  
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
  
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance standards across the plant.
  
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce production losses and rework.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  
• 8–15 years of experience in transformer manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  
• Strong knowledge of Distribution and Power Transformer manufacturing processes.
  
• Experience in production planning, manpower management, and process optimization.
  
• Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
