What You'll Do
- Plan and manage daily production schedules.
- Oversee production flow, manpower and output.
- Ensure production meets quality and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse and QC/QA.
- Monitor productivity, wastage, rejection and downtime.
- Lead and develop supervisors, operators and production teams.
- Resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and improve production SOPs and processes.
- Drive improvements in productivity, quality and cost control.
- Track production KPIs and report performance to Management.
- Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping and equipment standards.

The Ideal Profile
- Production experience in a manufacturing envirotment
- Experience in Building Materials / Extrusion / PVC is an advantage
- Hands-on and comfortable working in a factory environment
- Familiarity with AutoCount / Production Systems is a plus
