What You'll Do:

The Production Manager is responsible for the performance, profitability, and execution of the company’s residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sales and production operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sales team leadership, production scheduling, field operations, gross profit management, employee development, and customer satisfaction. This position is accountable for achieving departmental goals and ensuring sold work is completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. The manager is not expected to personally sell jobs but develops and holds the sales team accountable for results.

Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Previous experience in residential home services, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical
• Previous leadership or management experience overseeing field technicians or service teams
• Strong understanding of production operations, job scheduling, and workflow management
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability for results
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle additional responsibilities as needed
• Strong commitment to safety, company standards, and continuous improvement

Compensation: 85k plus bonus

Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
