As we expand our production capabilities and operational scale, we are seeking a Production & Materials Planning Executive to strengthen our factory planning, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
π― The Role
This is a hands-on, operations-critical role responsible for ensuring production efficiency, material availability, and timely order fulfilment. You will work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams, using ERP systems and data-driven planning to support smooth and cost-effective manufacturing operations.
π© Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor production schedules to meet sales demand and delivery timelines
Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work orders aligned with production requirements
Execute Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely procurement and allocation of materials
Monitor and control inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Analyse material usage, wastage, and consumption trends to improve efficiency and cost control
Manage incoming and outgoing goods in coordination with suppliers and logistics partners
Generate and analyse ERP reports for production performance, capacity planning, and material availability
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth workflows
Ensure compliance with quality, operational, and cost-control standards
β Requirements & Competencies
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in production planning and materials management
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
Solid understanding of BOMs, work orders, MRP, and materials analysis
Hands-on experience in inventory control and warehouse/materials management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP reporting tools
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly organised
Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
