**Role Overview:**
As a Production Officer at ITHR 360 Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the production processes within the Biscuits Industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Implement and maintain best practices for production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize output.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production workflows and achieve cost-saving objectives.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years of proven experience in a production role within the Biscuits Industry, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Hands-on experience with production planning and scheduling software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive operational excellence.
- Effective communication skills with proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
