Production / Operations Assistant (Manufacturing)

Job Summary
Join Ander’s production team to assemble, inspect, and prepare trophies and awards for delivery, ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales and Printing Operators to ensure timely delivery of all orders
- Assemble and clean finished trophies and awards to meet quality standards
- Perform quality checks to identify defects on products
- Pack orders accurately for delivery to customers
- Receive and inspect incoming stock for accuracy and condition
- Conduct stock takes and update the inventory system to maintain accurate records
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces through regular housekeeping duties
- Adapt to additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support production needs
Must-have:
- Physically fit
- No sweaty palms
- Good eyesight to spot dust and scratches on trophies
- Enjoy working with your hands at production work and not be desk bound. On the job training will be provided
- Meticulous, independent, efficient and pro-active
- Able to work well in a fast paced environment
- Communicate effectively in spoken English to coordinate tasks and follow instructions
- Use basic PC skills to update inventory and support production documentation
Good-to-Have:
- Skilled in handyman or craft tasks such as polishing and gluing to enhance product quality
- Experience with commercial printing, manufacturing, or operation of laser engravers, wide format/Mimaki UV printers, or 3D printers
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Interest or background in Design & Technology (D&T) subjects from secondary school
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
- No overtime required to support work-life balance
