Production Operator (3-month Temp)

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform hands-on work in preparation, baking, and finishing of pastry, bakery, and savoury products

Assist in ingredient preparation (measuring, mixing, portioning) and follow recipes accurately

Operate production equipment such as mixers, ovens, and sheeters safely

Monitor production processes to ensure consistency in quality and presentation

Support packing, labelling, and dispatch of products according to specifications

Ensure proper storage, handling, and traceability of products

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards

Comply with ISO 22000, food safety, and regulatory requirements (e.g. SFA, MUIS/Halal)

Rotate across departments (pastry, bakery, packing) based on operational needs

Support administrative tasks such as production documentation

Undertake ad hoc duties or projects assigned

Qualifications & Experience

No prior experience required; training will be provided

Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage

Physically fit to perform manual work
