Essential Functions:

• Perform assembly and production operations using tools, equipment, machinery, and established manufacturing processes.
• Set up and operate production equipment, including automated machinery, robots, workstations, and inspection equipment.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and manufacturing requirements established through the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
• Assemble components and parts according to engineering drawings, specifications, and production instructions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality, safety, and customer requirements.
• Perform basic testing and quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues, defects, and quality concerns to the Team Leader or appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain production equipment, tools, and workstations in clean and safe operating condition.
• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.
• Support production goals while maintaining established safety, quality, delivery, and productivity standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, quality personnel, and other manufacturing departments.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
