Production Operator
We are looking for a Production Operator to watch the platform 24/7, act first on incidents and keep players and money flows safe, with AI as the first helper.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor dashboards, alerts, payments, game and sports provider status.
• Use AI assistants to triage alerts, search logs and summarise the issue before escalation.
• Follow runbooks; open, track and escalate incidents with clear evidence.
• Check stuck deposits / withdrawals, failed bet settlements and provider downtime; act per runbook.
• Enable / disable games, providers or payment methods per runbook and approval.
• Inform Support and CRM teams during incidents.
• Shift handover reports (AI-drafted, checked by you).
• Suggest improvements to runbooks and alerts.
Required Experience:
• 1+ year support / NOC.
• Comfortable with dashboards, logs, basic SQL.
• Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini or similar) for log reading, summaries and reports; checks AI output before acting.
• AI safety basics: no secrets or player data in public AI tools; follows approval steps.
• Clear written English; calm under pressure.
• Available for rotating shifts (nights, weekends).
Nice to Have:
• iGaming / payments operations.
• Used AI agents or MCP tools for ops (log search, ChatOps).
• Grafana / Kibana / Datadog.
• Spanish or Portuguese (Latam markets).
