Role and Responsibilities
- To perform product assembly and testing in production line.
- To comply with production Job Breakdown Sheet and Work Instruction; Quality Instructions and
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Instructions.
- To report to production leaders for any deviation concerning safety, quality, efficiency, etc.
- To perform steps of 5S at the assigned work area.
- To perform sorting of defective components or finished goods.
- To participate in continuous improvement or Kaizen events and provide ideas to improve
current work process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Understand basic English
- Know basic computer knowledge, e.g. MS office tools
- Must be suitable for standing work
- Good attitude to follow leaders instruction and standard work guideline, willing to learn skill in
various product assembly and testing, are key to this role
- Upper Secondary School or High School or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in box build assembly manufacturing is a plus
