Production Operator

At Grupo CRIT Interim in the Granollers offices, a leading company in temporary employment solutions, recruitment, and talent management, we are looking for Production Operators to join a major company in the chemical and cleaning products sector located in Parets del Vallès.

What you'll do

• Operate and supervise production machinery following established procedures.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the production line and compliance with manufacturing targets.
• Carry out quality controls during the process to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Check the condition of products and detect any possible issues in production.
• Comply with occupational safety, quality and good manufacturing practice regulations.
• Collaborate in optimising production processes and maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.

What we're looking for

• A GFS in mechanics or electricity is essential.
• Previous experience as a production, packaging or handling operator in an industrial environment is valued.
• Availability to work rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to production rhythms.
• A committed, responsible and quality-oriented person.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical or fast-moving consumer goods sectors is valued.

What you'll get

• Temporary contract until the end of the year, with continuity to be assessed afterwards.
• Competitive salary of 12.84 euros gross per hour.
• Rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts on a weekly basis.
• Scheduling is done weekly and shifts are announced on Thursday afternoons.
