Production Operator I (Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Position Summary:

Operate equipment and complete production projects using specific learned standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Executes all processes according to the provided documentation and AVEKA’s quality and safety systems
• Set up, run, and clean up production jobs including some or all of the following which may or may not be continuous and/or repetitive:
  • Moving equipment into place
  • Assembling equipment
  • Use of a forklift or pallet jack
  • Manually moving drums
  • Cleaning of equipment and surrounding areas
  • Properly review and fill out associated documentation
  • Prepare products for shipping
  • Meet deadlines and goals set out by management
• Assist engineers with set-up and implementation of new processes
• Report maintenance issues / request to the Facility Foreman or other supervisor
• Complete paperwork ensuring accuracy and output requirements
• Continuous learning and ability to take on more and more production processes
• Perform tasks with the utmost safety in mind for oneself and other employees
• Adhere to all OSHA and AVEKA safety rules, guidelines, and protocol
