PRODUCTION OPERATIVES – PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR | CHINCHÓN (MADRID) | IMMEDIATE START 26/10/2026

At IMAN Temporing Pinto, we are selecting Production Operatives for a major company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Chinchón (Madrid), with immediate start.

What you'll do

Manual handling of pharmaceutical products.

Operation of production and handling machinery, according to the needs of the production process.

Preparation, conditioning, packaging, and inspection of products.

Visual quality control of the handled products.

Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace.

Strict compliance with the hygiene, safety, and quality protocols established by the company, which are fundamental in the pharmaceutical sector.

What we're looking for

Availability for immediate incorporation.

Driver's license and own vehicle, as there is no other transport alternative to access the facilities.

Food handler's certificate. If you do not have it, IMAN Temporing can help you obtain it.

Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).

Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to work.

Ability to follow instructions and rigorously comply with the hygiene, safety, and quality protocols specific to the pharmaceutical industry.

Previous experience in production, handling, packaging, or conditioning of products.

Experience in companies within the pharmaceutical, food, or industrial sectors.

Residency in Chinchón or nearby towns.

Adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

How you'll work

Work is carried out in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, from Monday to Friday, according to the company's planning:

Morning shift from 07:00 to 15:00 h.

Afternoon shift from 15:00 to 23:00 h.

Night shift from 23:00 to 07:00 h.

Important: The night shift begins on Sunday at 23:00 h and ends on Friday at 07:00 h.

Schedule flexibility and availability to work the three rotating shifts are essential.

Previous experience is not essential! We especially value attitude, responsibility, commitment, and the desire to learn.

Immediate start

Possibility of job continuity in the different production campaigns that take place throughout the year.

Full-time working day, from Monday to Friday.

Salary according to applicable collective agreement.

Possibility of performing voluntary overtime on Saturdays, according to production needs, to increase monthly remuneration.
