About the role

Production Operator (M/F/X) From Manpower, we are selecting Automotive Operators (M/F/X) to join an industrial company in the automotive sector located in Palau-Solità i Plegamans. We are looking for committed people, with experience in production environments and the desire to develop within a company with high production volumes, defined procedures, and opportunities for continuity. If you like plant work, teamwork, and dynamic environments, this could be your opportunity. Functions Perform production tasks and line support according to established standards. Execute assembly, verification, and component preparation operations. Carry out basic quality controls during the production process. Verify the correct functioning of tools and fixtures, communicating any incidents. Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation. Collaborate in product traceability tasks through labeling and simple records. Participate in basic operational adjustments and format changes under supervision. Comply with occupational risk prevention procedures and the use of PPE. Job Conditions Work center located in Palau-Solità i Plegamans. Working day: full-time. Schedules: Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Gross salary of €16.06/hour. Possibility of working overtime during the week and on weekends due to the high current production volume. Initial contract with weekly renewals. Option of continuity through ETT for a prolonged period. Requirements Previous experience in companies within the automotive sector. Availability to work in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Ability to follow work instructions and maintain attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with line supervisors. Commitment to safety and work regulations in an industrial environment. Availability to start and possibility of commuting to Palau-Solità i Plegamans. We value Experience in industrial or production environments. Basic knowledge of quality applied to production processes. Handling of common production line tools and fixtures. Training in Occupational Risk Prevention or industrial safety courses.
