Production Operator

About the role

You will work for an established company dedicated to the manufacturing of medical devices located in Sant Vicenç dels Horts. Currently, we are looking to hire a PRODUCTION OPERATOR WITH GREAT MANUAL DEXTERITY, who is responsible and seeks long-term job stability.

What you'll do

• Actively participating in the startup of the mass production line.
• Preparing and managing the materials necessary for manufacturing.
• Strictly complying with the guidelines of the operation sheets.
• Executing quality controls during the specific process of implant creation.
• Respecting and strictly applying hygiene and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations.
• Reporting any incident or deviation to the supervisor and actively collaborating by proposing improvements.

What we're looking for

You do not need previous experience in our sector.

Nice to have

If you have experience in sectors that require great precision (such as manicures, aesthetics, makeup, jewelry, sewing, or crafts), you possess exactly the skills we are looking for. We value agility, delicacy, and manual dexterity, qualities that we know are perfected in the most meticulous jobs.

What you'll get

• Schedule: FIXED AFTERNOON SHIFT (Monday to Friday from 14:00h to 22:00h)
• Contract: Initial contract through Marlex (approx. 1 year) with subsequent direct incorporation and an indefinite contract by the company.
• Salary: €11.64 gross/hour (approx. €1,846.50 gross per month) via ETT (corresponding to G1 chemical agreement: €20,311.46 gross annually, per company).
