Production Operator/Production Worker

Contract-1 Year (Renewal Contract)

Working Days - 6 Days a week/1 Day Off

Working Hours- 12 Hours (including a 2-hour break)

Shift-Rotational Day/Night.

Job Description-

Production Operator

• Job purpose -Operate and monitor breading, frying, and freezing machines to consistently produce high-quality cheese, shrimp, and chicken products.
• Key Responsibilities-Machine Operation: Run breading machine, fryer, spiral freezer, and packing equipment as per SOP.
• Quality Checks-Check product temp, coating coverage, color, weight every time.
• Food Safety-Follow GMP, hairnet/gloves, allergen cleaning between products
• Basic Maintenance - Do daily cleaning & washing the line depends on the stopping of the line,and report machine faults to the supervisor.
• Documentation - Fill production log, breakdown reports & CCP records.
• Requirements- Basic machine operation, attention to detail
• Physical : Able to stand for 12 hours with breaks. Lift 15-20kg cartons and moving machineries for washing.

Production Worker

• Job Purpose: Support the production line by packing, labeling, palletizing, and keeping the area clean for breaded frozen products.
• Key Responsibilities - Batch Making: Prepare production batches by weighing and mixing ingredients from 20kg bags and seasonings as per the recipe.
• Material Handling- Move raw materials, bread crumbs, packaging material to the line.
• Packing - Weigh, pack, seal, and label frozen cheese sticks, breaded shrimp, and chicken products.
• Quality Support - Clean work area, maintain hygiene as per GMP.
• Teamwork - Follow instructions from Operator and Supervisor.
• Requirements- Skills: Fast, reliable, able to work in a cold room
• Physical - Able to stand for 12 hours with breaks. Lift 15-20kg cartons and moving things for production supports.
