We are looking to hire a Production Operator for a renowned water packaging and bottling plant located in Espinelves. If you are looking for job stability through an indefinite contract in a solid company within the food/beverage sector, this is your opportunity!
What you'll do
By joining the continuous lines of the production plant, you will be responsible for:
Bottling operations: Control, supply, and supervision of the correct functioning of the packaging machinery.
Quality control: Visual verification of the final product, labeling, sealing, and detection of possible anomalies or waste.
Packaging and palletizing: Preparation of the finished product for subsequent transport and storage.
Maintenance and order: Cleaning, disinfection, and basic preventive maintenance of your work area, complying with hygiene-sanitary and safety regulations.
What we're looking for
Previous experience: Demonstrable experience in industrial production lines, packaging factories, or similar positions.
Academic training: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) graduate or equivalent qualification.
Availability: Flexibility and full availability to work in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Mobility: Driver's license and own vehicle to commute daily to the workplace in Espinelves.
Languages: Proficiency in Catalan and/or Spanish.
Personal profile: A responsible, dynamic person, accustomed to the pace of a production plant and committed to safety and hygiene standards.
What you'll get

Salary remuneration: €1,200 net/month distributed in 14 payments, plus an additional night shift premium. Working day:
Schedule structured into rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night).
Integration into a consolidated work team within a leading industrial plant in the Osona region.
