Production Operator

About the role

Do you have experience in line production within industrial and chemical environments? At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you!

What you'll do

• Line handling and supervision: Controlling the continuous operation of machines (raw material feeding, cutting, pressing, winding, or molding).
• Quality control and visual inspection: Verifying product dimensions, density, strength, and finish, setting aside defective material.
• Packaging and internal logistics: Crating, labeling, and palletizing finished materials, as well as their transfer (usually via forklift or overhead crane) to the warehouse.
• Basic maintenance and safety: Cleaning the work area, performing minor preventive maintenance interventions, and strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention protocols (PPE).

What we're looking for

Vocational training

Availability to work the fifth shift

Own vehicle to travel to the workplace

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in similar tasks

What you'll get

Salary according to collective agreement of €27,500 gross per year, negotiable based on experience

Fifth shift

Stable, permanent position in a large company with the possibility of growth year after year
