Production Operator (Solaris)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating automated test equipment or performing assembly processes of II-VI Laser Enterprise.
- She is also accountable for meeting productivity, quality, efficiency, cycle time, and other KPI targets set by immediate superior and management.
Education & Experience
- Highschool graduate.
- At least 2 years electronics or semiconductors production experience preferred.
Skills
- Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing, assembly and/or burn-in/test/ inspection in a clean room environment preferred.
- An understanding of clean room protocol and procedures is preferred.
- Hands-on attitude, initiative and resourcefulness, a must
- Able to work independently as well as in a group environment
- Must have excellent manual dexterity; able to manipulate very small parts with tweezers and other instruments
- Excellent eyesight; vision correctable with glasses is acceptable; no contact lenses
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be flexible: daily activities can and will change
- MS Office knowledge and hands-on experience
