TPW specializes in the precision production of high-performance tungsten components. Our manufacturing operation runs 24/7/365 and is built to meet demanding defense-industry requirements. We produce tungsten balls, spheres, and cubes with a focus on safety, quality, consistency, and precision.

Job Description

Job Type: Benefited full-time; in person

Production Operators support daily manufacturing by loading and unloading materials, operating basic production equipment, inspecting parts, keeping work areas clean, and following safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, good communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, and parts into production equipment.

• Operate basic machine tools and production equipment safely.

• Inspect parts for defects, abnormalities, and quality concerns.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment properly.

• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and production-ready.

• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.

• Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, and quality problems to the lead or supervisor.

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production needs.

• Solve practical problems when conditions change or instructions are limited.

• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Starting pay: $18.50 to $20.50 per hour
