Production Operator | US MNC + Good Benefits | No Need Exp

Benefits & Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: $1,800 per month
  • Attractive Allowances: Daily meal, transport, and shift allowances provided
  • Overtime (OT): High OT potential (20 to 40 hours)
  • Monthly Gross Salary: Up to $2500 - $2800+
  • AWS (13-month bonus), Performance Bonus, Medical Benefit, Yearly Increment, Annual Leave

Working Hours:

  • 4-days work week (based on roster, including weekends and PH)
  • 7.30am to 7.30pm / 7.30pm to 7.30am
  • Can choose Fixed Morning or Fixed Night shift.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Pack batteries and ensure strict quality control standards are met.
  • Adhere to all factory safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Load/unload raw materials and finished products

Working Requirements:

  • Able to lift and carry heavy loads up to 15kg.
  • Must have no colour-blindness and no allergies to chemicals.
