At Randstad, we are looking for a specialist production and logistics operator with a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% for an important food industry company in Molina de Segura. What you'll do

• Line management and preparation: Guarantee continuous flow on the production line and order preparation in the warehouse area.
• Quality control and packaging: Supervise the product on the line through visual and manual inspection to detect anomalies and minimize waste.
• Handling and loading: Perform handling, boxing, palletizing, and movement of goods tasks safely and efficiently.
• Maintenance and 5S methodology: Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization in the work area according to plant standards.

What we're looking for

• Disability Certificate of 33% or higher.
• Work experience: Provide between 1 and 3 years of previous experience in factories, production lines, or logistics warehouses.
• Reside in Molina de Segura or nearby municipalities (maximum radius of 15 km) and have your own vehicle to attend the center during night or weekend shifts.
• Ability to remain standing during the working day, perform moderate physical effort, and tolerance to changes in rest cycles due to rotating shifts.

What you'll get

• Hourly wage:

Ordinary / daytime hour: 9.71 gross euros per hour.

Night hour: 12.13 gross euros per hour.

• Rotating shifts: Availability for Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts (8 hours).
• 4th Shift System (depending on quota and production): Possibility of 12-hour working days including weekends and holidays according to the roster.
