Shifts organized with regulated breaks Rotation of morning, afternoon and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, with the breaks established by law. Close support from Manpower We will guide you throughout the process so that you have a smooth and professional work experience. 🚀 Your mission in this role You will be a fundamental part of the production team, ensuring that every manufactured part meets quality standards. Your attention to detail and sense of responsibility will make it possible for the plant to run efficiently, safely and cleanly. You will monitor and feed the machines in the production process. You will support changeovers, machinery set-up and quality control. You will carry out packaging tasks, part recovery and upkeep of order and cleanliness following the 5S methodology. 🧩 What will make you successful in this position Technical training in manufacturing, maintenance or electricity A Level 2 vocational qualification (FP II) will allow you to adapt quickly to the processes and machines of the industrial environment. Holding a valid TPM Essential in order to work from day one in a safe environment in compliance with regulations. Previous experience as a production operator If you have worked at least 1 year in industrial environments, you will feel comfortable from the start and will help set the pace for the team.
