Responsibilities Feeding the production line and ensuring the continuous flow of materials. Operating the forklift safely and efficiently for the movement and positioning of loads. Preparing orders and managing loading/unloading according to work instructions and priorities. Performing basic quality controls during the process, detecting incidents and communicating them. Maintaining the work area tidy and in safe condition according to internal procedures. Collaborating with the team to meet production objectives and established times. Recording or communicating relevant operational information (consumption, incidents, movements) when applicable. Skills and qualifications Valid forklift license and demonstrable experience in production or warehouse environments. Knowledge of and commitment to safety: correct use of PPE, signage, and traffic rules. Ability to follow instructions and procedures with attention to detail. Availability to work in shifts according to production needs. Proactive attitude, teamwork, and clear communication with the rest of the staff. Physical stamina and agility for operational tasks on the plant. Previous experience in internal logistics, order picking, or material handling is valued.
