Production or Theatre Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinating pre-show planning, onsite execution and post-show handover.
• Coordinate transport and logistics arrangements to support production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of production materials and supplies.
• Coordinate procurement of production-related resources and equipment.
• Process crew payments and liaise with Finance on invoice submission.
• Manage visa submissions and related production documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, theatre safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal team to resolve operational issues and support production needs.
• Required to be on standby during show periods and remain on-site until show completion, on a rotational basis with the team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing operational needs.
