Production Packer

Flowly Solutions is growing, and we need reliable Production Packers to join our warehouse team. You’ll prep, check, and pack orders in a steady, hands-on environment where accuracy matters and good work gets noticed.

What You’ll Do:

• Pack finished goods into boxes following each customer’s packing instructions
• Check items against packing slips so every order ships complete and correct
• Print and attach shipping labels, close up cartons, and build pallets for outgoing loads
• Move packed orders to the shipping area with hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Count inventory on a regular schedule and flag any shortages or discrepancies
• Work with teammates to meet daily output goals
• Restock supplies and keep your station clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in packing, fulfillment, assembly, or general warehouse work preferred
• Barcode scanner experience is a bonus, and we’ll train you if you’re new to it
• Sharp eye for detail and pride in quality work
• Able to follow written procedures and communicate clearly with your team
• Dependable transportation and a strong attendance record
• Able to stand and walk throughout your shift and safely lift up to 40 lbs

Pay & Benefits:

• $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• No weekends
• Extra hours available when volume picks up
