Production Pharmacist (Singapore Registered)

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all dispensing materials and activities to use in Production, and to report timely to Production Manager.

· To assist the Production Manager and team for the training and development of manpower.

· To assist to submit additional manpower requisition and must be approval by Production Manager, Management and Executive Chairman.

· To assist to submit replacement manpower and must be signed by Production Manager & General Manager.

· To assist the Manager to record & monitor the Production manpower headcount and submit proposal to Manager timely any shortage (etc resignation)

· To assist production manager and production team in operational workforce management and engagement, and well-being.

· To assist production executive and team for safety relevant training, promote GMP compliance, and support GMP audit, Project, etc.

· Other duties assigned by the Production Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mandatory: Must be a Registered Pharmacist in Singapore
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a licensed pharmacist in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, GMP standards, and controlled substances management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination and regulatory interactions
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Permanent position with 2 years lock-in period.
