The Opportunity

Responsible for the scheduling and planning of materials and production, providing resources and materials according to pre-established demand.

What You'll Do:

Manage and optimize production planning and scheduling across multiples sites and lines
Site scheduling and planning according to the forecast
Forecast anticipated materials requirements to support production planning
Focus on optimizing capacity and minimizing downtime
Coordinate supply to ensure availability of materials in line with demand
Ensure the timely flow of materials to production lines
Manage the return and movement of finished goods to distribution facilities
Handle customs clearance and shipping processes
Oversee and manage materials inventory levels and accuracy
You may be required to work outside of your ordinary hours of work to participate in essential training, team meetings, customer events or trade shows/conferences. These events may take place on an evening and/or weekend.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Minimum 1 year experience in planning/scheduling in a manufacturing, preferably in dairy, FMCG or similar industry
Strong organization and time management, high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proactive and resulted oriented
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Resilient under pressure and commercially astute
