Production Planner (Changi)

Responsibilities:

• Review customer orders and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely fulfilment of delivery requirements.
• Facilitate the movement of materials and components to support smooth production flow and meet operational deadlines.
• Utilize Oracle systems to create and maintain sales orders, job routings, and related production documentation.
• Act as the key liaison for customers on order progress, shipment schedules, delivery updates, and potential delays while providing regular status reports.
• Work closely with production teams to expedite critical orders, maintain accurate records, and support other operational activities as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning
• Working Hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm
