PRODUCTION PLANNER (MACHINING)

Jobs Description:

• Plans and monitor production schedule in the High Mix Low Volume Environment.
• Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirements.
• Sourcing and negotiating for best price, best delivery, best quality in accordance to customers requirement.
• Compare, evaluate and negotiate product pricing with the various suppliers.
• Manage suppliers, negotiate for optimal cost and consolidate suppliers base in accordance with the company requirements.
• Able to liaise and communicate with various departments.
• To follow through the orders from the start till delivery and to ensure that goods are delivered are on time.

Jobs Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma equivalent.
• Three-year experience in manufacturing and/or industrial product trading environment.
• Process strong customer service mind-set.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experienced in MS Office applications.
