Production Planner
Summary
Coordinates production orders, inventory, and raw material procurement for a lubricants manufacturer using MS Office and NAV warehouse systems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Planning, forecast and manage production order
- Prepare monthly inventory forecast report
- Manage inventory level and replenish ready stock as and when required
Coordinate the purchasing and requisition of raw materials and packing materials
Coordination with various departments to ensure fulfilled of customer requirements.
Continue improvement of production planning system
Maintain good document housekeeping
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
1-2 years of order processing and inventory management experience.
Excellent communications skills
Meticulous and independent
Able to work and prioritize tasks with minimum supervision
Able to meet tight deadlines
Can work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and NAV warehouse management system
