Production Planner

The Production Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the production process, ensuring on-time delivery of orders and efficient utilization of company resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine delivery timelines based on production capacity and workload
- Create detailed daily and weekly production schedules
- Monitor production order progress and adjust plans when necessary
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse departments
- Manage priorities and resolve issues affecting production flow
- Analyze production data and prepare reports (KPIs, productivity, delays)
- Handle urgent orders and last-minute schedule changes
- Maintain and update data in ERP / IMS systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in an industrial environment)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP / IMS systems
- Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with KPI reporting and data analysis
