Production Planning Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Production Planning Engineer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes and ensuring efficient material planning. This position requires a strong understanding of production planning concepts, particularly in the context of injection moulding and materials such as rubber and plastic. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization. - Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that production processes align with design specifications and quality standards. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials. - Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the production process. Required Skills: - Proficiency in PPC (Production Planning and Control) methodologies. - Strong knowledge of material planning and inventory management. - Engineering background with a focus on production processes. - Familiarity with injection moulding techniques and materials, particularly rubber and plastic. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
