Production Planning Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced English.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in planning leadership roles within High-Volume Manufacturing, Automotive, or Metal-Mechanical plants.
• Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong background in managing materials profit & loss (P&L) goals, shop scheduling, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning activities across the site.
• Manages, controls, and directs the activities and staff involved in the distribution of inventory to the production line.
• Drives planning management strategies.
• Develop master production schedule (MPS) and load into SNM ERP system.
• Manages, controls, and directs staff to achieve materials profit and loss goals.
• Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods hold up performance and process procedures.
• Interfaces with warehousing and purchasing to expedite problem parts.
• In charge of the development and implementation of the company's production control functions incluiding Master
• Scheduling, production planning coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certifications.
