Production Planning Manager
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of production planning experience in a Make-to-Stock (MTS) manufacturing environment
- Working proficiency with Odoo or an equivalent ERP/MRP system
- Strong Excel and MRP / material-planning analytical skills
- Industrial or manufacturing sector background; elevator or MEP component manufacturing is an advantage
- Working English required; Arabic an advantage
- Analytical, data-driven planning mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, transformation-in-progress environment (site relayout in parallel with steady-state ramp-up)
- Cross-functional coordination skills — Warehouse, Sales Operations, Section Supervisors
- Ownership and follow-through on Kanban discipline under daily operational pressure
