Production

We are seeking a motivated Production Technician with experience in either CNC machining/tooling and operation OR hydraulic press operation. Experience with FANUC robots and basic equipment maintenance is also valued. The ideal candidate will support daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and help maintain safe, efficient workflows on the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities

CNC Operation & Tooling (If Applicable)

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts to specification.

• Perform tooling adjustments, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs.

• Inspect finished products using precision measurement tools.

Hydraulic Press Operation (If Applicable)

• Set up and operate hydraulic presses according to job requirements.

• Follow safety procedures and perform consistent quality checks.

• Conduct basic maintenance such as lubrication, filter checks, and visual inspections.

Robotics (FANUC)

• Operate and monitor FANUC robotic cells used in automated production processes.

• Troubleshoot minor robot faults or alarms.

General Production Support

• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Complete accurate production documentation and follow work instructions.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S).

• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.

• Support continuous improvement efforts.
