Production Project Coordinator Executive (Manufacturing) #NKC

Manage customer accounts and handle enquiries, orders and requests.

Process customer Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, RFQs and order changes.

Provide customers with timely updates on order status and delivery schedules.

Maintain and update sales and job orders in the ERP/MRP system.

Monitor order progress and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

Work closely with production, procurement, logistics and other departments to resolve order or delivery issues.

Prepare open order reports and maintain accurate order documentation.

Identify potential delays and escalate issues when necessary.

Support process improvements to enhance customer service and order fulfilment efficiency.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
