1) In-process quality control

  • Monitor IPQC and FQC inspection status and report the inspection data weekly and monthly
  • To support PQE to optimize IPQC checklist
  • Maintenance FQC specification and tracking the FQC findings to close
  • To follow the new product build and complete FAI
  • Maintenance the reliable of all inspection tools of IPQC, manage the calibration for inspection tools
  • Perform daily audit and track the findings to close
  • Report IPQC and FQC findings to team every week

2) Production abnormality

  • Confirm production abnormalities on time
  • Do initial FA for production issues, use QC tools to solve problems

3) Engineering assistance

  • Do initial judgement for production abnormalities
  • Daily SPC monitoring for key process
  • Support PQE to do product verification and engineering experiment

4) Training and supervision of inspector

  • Train new employees and qualify them
  • Help inspector to improve inspection skills
  • Understand WI and product specification, do regular training for inspectors
  • Permit and product change monitoring

Qualification & Requirements

Education:

  • Senior High School or Technical Secondary School, Technical background is preferable

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 year or above experiences in process quality control
  • Be familiar with ISO9001/TL9000 requirements, ability to perform internal audit
  • To understand the process flow chart and product specification, with knowledge of optical manufacturing process knowledge
  • Familiar with QC 7 tools, SPC, problem solving, PDCA, 4M1E, 5W2H quality tools, analysis of failed products

Special Skills:

  • Optical or optical-electronic background is preferred.
  • Ability to use Word, Excel and PPT
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
  • Ability to inspection guidance and inspection standards training
  • Strong leadership and communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, work actively, strong execution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
