Production Recruiter

The Production Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly manufacturing, warehouse, sanitation, and other operations positions.

This position is on-site 4 days a week in Elgin, IL.

*Bilingual in English and Spanish required, including the ability to read, write, speak, and communicate professionally in both languages. *

Functions of the Position:

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for assigned hourly operations positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, application review, phone screening, interview coordination, offer management, and pre-employment activities.
• Develops and maintains candidate pipelines through job boards, employee referrals, community partnerships, hiring events, local outreach efforts, and other sourcing strategies.
• Maintains accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system, including candidate statuses, disposition reasons, offer details, and required documentation.
• Communicates job expectations, compensation, schedules, workplace requirements, and hiring process updates to candidates in a professional and timely manner.

Education, Experience, and Knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience recruiting hourly employees in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or other fast-paced operational environment required.
• Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Knowledge of employment practices, candidate screening techniques, and recruiting processes preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality, and demonstrates professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The starting salary range for this position is $65,505-$90,070. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for performance-based incentives subject to the terms of the underlying plan.
