FinishWorks is looking for motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Production Associates. In this position, you will play a key role in producing high-quality coatings and finishes by accurately measuring materials, mixing products, matching colors, and maintaining inventory levels.

Essential Responsibilities
- Measure and weigh colorants and materials according to established formulas.
- Mix products accurately to meet customer and quality specifications.
- Match colors to approved standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Cross-train in other departments and assist where needed.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and formulas.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to successfully complete company color testing requirements.
Preferred:
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Experience with paint, stain, coatings, tinting, or color matching.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced production environment.
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with appropriate personal protective equipment.
