PRODUCTION SENIOR OPERATOR

Responsibilities: Pre-Make ready: - Request RM/ORM for the next job according to Job Factory Ticket and PCC. Start Up/ Job Setting: - Prepare and set the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket. - Troubleshoot any problem, and report major ones to the Team Leader/ Lead Operator. - Provide start up samples for quality checks and approval. Production: - Fill production reports - Follow up extrusion process around the clock - Check the quality of finish good (FG): Thickness, Treatment, Size and Visual defects… - Troubleshoot any problem, and report major ones to the Team Leader/ Lead Operator. - Provide roll winding samples to QC for quality control. - To report any quality defects to QC and Team Leader/ Lead Operator. - To report to maintenance team and Team Leader in case of any breakdown or any damage in machine parts. - Drive to reach the KPI target. - Assigns tasks to the helpers according to the job needs. - Fill and sign the roll label. - Checks and fills the ink viscosity sheet. 5S: - To maintain proper cleaning for his machine and surrounding as per 5S cycle chart.
