1. Perform system installation and prevent maintenance, troubleshooting, and training.
2. First line of customer contact window. Build positive relationships with customers and increase customer satisfaction.
3. Working with various support teams to Implement support plans for customers.
4. Solving complex technical problems by remote/on-site analyzing data and creating proactive action plans.
5. Service contract implementation, ensure customer’s fulfillment based on contract T&C.
6. Seeking business opportunities/threats in daily operations with customers.
7. Ability/experience to lead or provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
8. The primary service areas will be in Hsinchu and Taichung.
